The most convenient way to get to Wānaka is to fly to Queenstown and then either rent a car, or travel by bus.

We request that all guests are ready to depart Wānaka town center (by The Doughbin Bakery) at 2:30pm where buses will take you to Rippon Vineyard. After the reception, there will be a bus departing at 10pm returning to Wānaka town center. The larger buses will depart Rippon at 11:30pm and the drop off locations will be: Edgewater Hotel, Oakridge Estate and Wānaka Lakefront. 

Additionally, there is also parking available at Rippon Vineyard. You can either drive your car home that evening, or collect it the next day. 

Please note, taxis can be ordered at Rippon for anyone needing to depart at alternative times, though we recommend utilising the provided buses as transport options are limited during this busy time of year.

For those recovering with us, please be ready to depart Wānaka town center at 11:30am where buses will take you to the Cardrona Hotel. We will provide transport back to Wānaka at approximately 6pm. 

There is also plenty of parking available at the Cardrona Hotel for those who are driving, and for those who are travelling on or departing.
